Data processing addendum

This draft follows a standard controller and processor split. Avaloi is the processor for customer content. You are the controller.

Subprocessors are listed on the subprocessors page. We will update that list before a new processor sees customer data.

International transfers will use SCCs once counsel finishes this draft.
